We provide a 12-month guarantee against faulty parts or workmanship, and 10 years against wood rot and fungal disease; when buildings are treated and maintained in line with our recommendations.

We recommend that all buildings are cleared regularly of any build-up of debris sitting against the outside walls, such as wet leaves, that will cause prolonged exposure to moisture. We recommend that all tanalised or thermowood buildings are given a coat of solvent based treatment as soon as possible after installation (if not already included in order) to prevent moisture ingress, followed by a further application at least every 6-8 years. Buildings that have not been tanalised/thermowood require treating on an annual basis. All painted buildings should be inspected on an annual basis for any areas where paint has started to deteriorate over time, peeling or flaking, and repaint where necessary. A full repaint is recommended every 6 – 8 years.
